She was predeceased by: her parents, Aline Woodley and Willie Green; and her daughter Angela Claiborne. She is survived by: her daughter Danielle Nickie Harris of Williamsburg, VA; her granddaughters, Danielle N. Claiborne and Kenya M. Claiborne (Michael); her great grandchildren, Za'Nyah R. A. Claiborne of Reginald, A. J and Angela A. R. Claiborne; her siblings, Caroline Mason (Richard), Nancy Morrison, Thomas Wallace (Betty), Loretta Wallace-Townsend, Carrie Taylor, Modusta Wallace (Maylin), Allen Wallace, Alvin Wallace (Tiny), Sharon Taliaferro (Chris) and Lucy Carter; and her close friend David Givens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, adopted grandchildren, and friends.
