We are sad to announce that on April 6, 2024, at the age of 77, Karen Yvonne Howell of Williamsburg, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Karen Yvonne Howell to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, George Colbert and Marie Colbert; her siblings, Kenneth Colbert, Keith Colbert, Gordon Colbert (Jerry Sue), Gloria (Joseph Davis) and Lorraine Sims; and her daughter Carmen Myles (Marqus).

She is survived by : her children, Carmell Howell, Nichelle Wright (Kevin), Aaron Howell (Cori) and Evvan Howell; and her siblings, Beverly Paige (Willard), Sherri Anderson (David), Bonnie Hunter (Ronnie), Barry Colbert (Eleanor) and Gary Colbert (Victoria). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A funeral service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Whiting's Funeral Home (7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 26th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
