He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eismann and Virginia Eismann; and his brother Paul Eismann. He is survived by: his wife Lynne Eismann; his sister-in-law Sherry Eismann; his nieces and nephews, Shannon Monson (Brian), Katie Johnson (Nate), Joanna Petersen (Stephan), Seth Eismann, Ryan Adams and Nella Eismann; Lee Edel.
