He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Jay Satterfield and Lelah Mae Cutlip Satterfield; his wife Cynthia Gay Satterfield; and his brother Rick Satterfield. He is survived by: his sons, Zachary Andrew Satterfield (Kalea) and David Lee Satterfield (Zoye); and his sister Robin Lynn Mahanes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
