We are sad to announce that, on March 1, 2026, at the age of 85, Larry William Smith Sr. (Williamsburg, Virginia), born in Cleveland, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude R. Smith and Lorie I. Smith; his brother Bill; his sons-in-law, Charlie Tench and Phil Reynolds; and his grandson Zak Reynolds (Brooke).
He is survived by: his wife Louise Gatling; his children, Teri Tench of Sandston, Lisa Reynolds of Virginia Beach and Larry Jr.; and his grandchildren, Bob (Lea), Jeremy, Nathan Dill, Erica Townsend (Tim), Will, Trevor Smith, Justin (Katie) and Charles Tench (Kortlyn).
