He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudio Sanz Ferrer and Ana Maria Ortuño; and his sisters, Aurora and Louisa (Pepe). He is survived by: his children, Gerry Sanz (Kim) of Arlington, Ed Sanz (Terri) of Charlotte, Chris Poulin (Katie), Kim Poulin and Josh Poulin; his grandchildren, Alex, Nikki, Joe and Kat; and his brother Jaime (Esperanza). He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
