She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Crossley and Edmund Crossley; her grandparents, Charles and Mary; her husband Glenn R. Whitney; her aunt Mary; and her uncles, John Simpson and Joseph LaPage.

She is survived by: her daughter Margaret "Little Peggy" Whitney; and her pet Tuffy.
