She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Carns; and her siblings, Michael, Ann Elick, Mary Randolph and Helen Javorsky.
She is survived by: her daughter Debra Weber; her son-in-law Robert Weber; and her niece Patricia Ogden (Rick). She is also survived by loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (3785 Strawberry Plains Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM.
