She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Smith and Consuelo Smith; and her sister Efua Korantema. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her son John (Matilde); her grandchildren, Alexa, Omar and Ali Moros Taylor; her sister Consuelo McKinley; and her nieces, Jacqueline McKinley (Chriatopher Lee), Kalah Leone Smith and Knoelle Smith-Rhynehardt. She is also survived by numerous friends and relatives.
