We are sad to announce that, on April 20, 2022, at the age of 86, Martha E. Payne (Williamsburg, Virginia), born in Pampa, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles "Pinky" Payne; her son William Charles Payne; her parents, Pearl Rose and Ivan F Cordell; her daughter Penelope E Payne; her son-in-law Roy E Johnson; her sister Arvella Storrs; and her nieces and nephews, Martha Moore, Alisha Nix, Dawn McGruder, Chad Storrs and James Leach.
