It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Wayne Harbour (Williamsburg, Virginia), who passed away on April 22, 2019, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harbour and Delores Harbour; and his brothers, Michael and Leon Harbour. He is survived by: his wife Missy Harbour; and his sisters, Nancy, Mona, Susan and Anita. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
