He was predeceased by: his wife Josephine Heisse. He is survived by: his children, Philip Heisse, Jr. (Linda), Michael Heisse, Janet Bouyelas (Kenneth) and AnnMarie Oakley (Gerard); his brother Richard Heisse; and his grandchildren, Philip Heisse, III, Madison Oakley and Gracie Heisse.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Philip's name to the Hospice House of Williamsburg.
