He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jacqueline Braxton-Marrow, Wardell Hailey, Fletcher and Rosena Cotton; his aunt Elnora Hailey-Rhodall; and his uncles, Don Hailey and Darrin Hailey.
He is survived by: his parents, Linda Hailey and Pierre Cotton Sr.; his fiancé Jarquita Lindsey; his brothers, Kehlan Cotton (Lisa) and Pierce Cotton; and his aunts and uncles, Shirley Cotton-Saunders (Lloyd), Joan Crump, Brenda Black (Tony), Cleo Hailey-Johnson, David Hailey, Bryant Hailey (Denise), Tyrone "Rickey" Cotton, D'Artagnan Cotton (Pattie) and Roslin Braxton (Joyce Braxton). He is also survived by two nephews; two nieces; and a host of cousins and many caring friends.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Whiting's Funeral Home (7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (809 S Henry St, Williamsburg, VA 23185).
