He was predeceased by: his parents, William Dodge Wallace Sr. and Bessie Jones Wallace; his wife Susie Katherine Wallace; his former wife Christina Smith Wallace; and his siblings, Theodore Wallace, William "Snook" Wallace, James Wallace, Arthur Wallace, Louise Freeman and Elnora Smith.
He is survived by: his children, Howard Wallace (Rhonda) of Williamsburg Va, Apostle Sharon Wallace of Virginia Beach, Kenneth Wallace (Lorena) of Tucson, Juanita Allen (Jerry Sr.) of Maricopa and John Wallace (Earlene) of Ft. Washington, MD.; his siblings, Estelle Powell of Williamsburg, Harold Wallace (Lisbeth) of Williamsburg, Juanita Griffith (William) of Williamsburg and Alice Robinson of Gloucester; his sister-in-law Gracie Johnson of Washington, DC; and his siblings' children, Margaret Ferguson, Selena Stoutingberg, Audrey Wallace, Terry Cooke and James Wallace Jr.. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
