He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Ernest and Stella Vance Cole; and his sisters, Patricia and LeeAnna Cole. He is survived by: his wife Lillie Jerelene Cole; and his children, Gailey Darlynn Campbell (Steve), Bobbie Sharee Ward (Mikel), Janet Renee Davenport (Hoyt) and Robert Ellis Cole Jr. (Carrie). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
