Webb; his brother John E. Webb; his nieces and nephews, Jocelyn Candice Webb, Carly Lynn Webb, Brian Jennings Webb (Juliet) and Jordan Ruckert Webb; his great-nephew Zebulun Webb; his great-nieces, Marianne Webb and Scarlett Webb; his stepchildren, Patricia E. Skelton, John A. Skelton and Matthew C. Skelton (Kenneth); and his cousin Dr James McKenney (Joan).
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Clifton Ridge Cemetery (116 E Church St, Kilmarnock, VA 22482).
