She was predeceased by: her husband Billy Beard; her parents, David Blackburn and Bedie Blackburn; and her brothers, Rufus, Fred and Marvin Blackburn.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Beard of Williamsburg, Debbie Hite of Williamsburg and Rhonda Atkins of Williamsburg; her grandchildren, Ronnie Morin of Williamsburg, Michael Cross of Ft. Worth, TX and Deanna Hite of Williamsburg; and her great grandchildren, Faith Rivers of Williamsburg, Caleb Chilton of Williamsburg, Jakob Dudney of Williamsburg, Kayleigh Morin of Pennsylvania and Desiree Morin of Pennsylvania. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and family.
