We are sad to announce that, on November 18, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Ruth Eileen Shepard of Williamsburg, Virginia, born in New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband James Shepard; her parents, Frank Dell and Esther Dell (Cameron); her brothers, F. Samuel Dell and James Dell; and her grandson Nick Watson.

She is survived by: her sons, Richard Watson (Sharron) and Roger Watson (Brenda); and her stepchildren, Brian Shepard (Jenny) and Sondra Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial donations to Christ Lutheran Church, 46 W High St, New Bloomfield, PA 17068.
