Shade Palmer Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on November 6, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Shade Palmer of Williamsburg, Virginia. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor James and Lovie Chatman Palmer; his wife Carletha "Ran" Ransome Palmer; and his siblings, James Chatman, Charles, Lewis Palmer, Titia Palmer Boone, Louvenia Palmer Robinson-Browne, Mary Palmer Godwin, Maggie Palmer McNair and Lindy Marie Palmer.

He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, David Ransome and Bessie Ransome; and his niece Tabitha "Tibby" Brown Kinard (Bobby). He is also survived by extended family, friends.

Homebound during the pandemic, Shade enjoyed participating in weekly church services via Zoom.
