He is survived by: his wife Marsha Callis Burch; his children, Debbie Miller, Timothy Burch (Candace), Cindy Mackey (Rick) of Dallas, TX, Karen Perry (Dwight) of Mentor, Scott Burch (Rebecca) and Jeffrey Burch of Williamsburg, VA.; and his siblings, Tom Fitzgerald (Linda) of Mission Viejo, CA, Ronald Burch of Lynchburg, VA, Jean Singleton of Atlanta, GA, Barbara Bennett of Charleston, SC, Patricia Williams of Belleair Bluffs, FL and Brenda Ryan of San Jose, CA.. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
