He was predeceased by: his wife Elfriede. He is survived by: his children, Karen Novak (Ken), Cathy Hall (Art), John Rudel (Mary Shedlock) and Ted Rudel (Ellen); his grandchildren, Kristen Feldmann (Kenny), Scott Lembitz (Allie), Holly Rudel, Chris Rudel and Gretchen Rudel; and his great grandchild Owen Lembitz.
