He was predeceased by: his parents, Sadie Parsons and Raymond Parsons; his wife Ann Mills Parsons; his son Theodore "Buster" Parsons Jr.; and his brother Oscar Parsons.
He is survived by: his daughters, Margo Bell, Stephanie Stoutingberg (LeRoy) and Beverly Price (Frank); his siblings-in-law, Mildred Parsons and Kenneth Mills (Marva); and his grandchildren, Shellie Pascucci, C. Tod Bell, Channing Jones, Brandon Price, Justin Price and Brionna McCollum. He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; twenty-five great-great-grandchildren; and a host of extended relatives and many dear friends.
In his early years, he held several positions within the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and the York County School Division.
