Ginger was a member of St. Martin's Episcopal Church in Williamsburg and a longtime supporter of Shrine Mont Episcopal Retreat Center in Orkney Springs, Virginia.

She enjoyed traveling, especially going on various cruises, spending time at the beach, and seeing the beautiful sunsets. Ginger shared many special times with her husband, John. Family time at her beach house on the Chesapeake Bay, at Shrine Mont and Fairy Stone State Park were also very special memories for her. She loved Christmas and special occasions with her children, grandchildren, and many close friends.
