He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Wilford Kale, Sr. and Martha Genevieve Irwin Kale; his son David Irwin Kale; and his brother Walter Franklin Kale. He is survived by: his wife Kelly Hasty Kale; his daughter Anne-Evan Kale Williams (Jeremiah); his grandson Franklin Douglas Williams IV of Springfield, OH; his sons, Walker Wilford Kale of Ebensburg, PA and John Carter Kale of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister Cynthia Kale Rice (James) of Atlanta. He is also survived by niece and two nephews, and many loving cousins.
