William leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. William’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew William will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Richard Hallett, Jr. and Katherine Williams Hallett; and his wife Peggy Hickman Hallett. He is survived by: his children, Michele Lynn Hallett and David Richard Hallett; and his grandchildren, Austin David Hallett and Alayna MacKenzie Hallett.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Peninsula Memorial Park (12750 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23606).
