The memory of William J. Schneider of Williamsburg, Virginia, who passed away on June 7, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Millie; his siblings, Jane, Muriel, Eleanor and Edward; and his wife Madeleine.
He is survived by: his children, Claire (Lee), Edward (Tanya), Paul (Toni), Phillip and Mark; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Nicolas, Erin, Emily and Armand.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nelsen Funeral Home (3785 Strawberry Plains Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Bede Catholic Church (3686 Ironbound Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to House of Mercy in Williamsburg, where Bill was an active volunteer.
