He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Millie; his siblings, Jane, Muriel, Eleanor and Edward; and his wife Madeleine.

He is survived by: his children, Claire (Lee), Edward (Tanya), Paul (Toni), Phillip and Mark; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Nicolas, Erin, Emily and Armand.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to House of Mercy in Williamsburg, where Bill was an active volunteer.
