It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ramsburgh DeLashmutt (Williamsburg, Virginia), born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on September 29, 2022, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Clark and Rubye Clark; and his sisters, Julia Reed, Mary Monk and Jean Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Esther Dau Schmidt; and his children, William Clark and Sarah Catherine Nelson of Williamsburg, VA. He is also survived by two grandchildren and two granddaughters and numerous nieces and nephews.
