He is survived by: his children, Phillip Altizer (Jan) of Navarre, FL, Jeff Altizer (Lynn) of Bozeman, MT, Mark Altizer (Penny) of Millboro and Phyllis Parrish (John) of Heathsville; his grandchildren, Toni Liebig, Todd Altizer, Alison Konopka, Katherine Altizer, Megan Meinel, Whitney Plecker and Chase Altizer; his nephews, Jimmy and Jamey Kiser; Ken and Chris. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
