He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Ward Harvey and Frances Mabel Harvey. He is survived by: his son Wayne Harvey, Jr. (Shannon); his grandson Travis Harvey; his stepgrandson Christopher Reed; his siblings, Mack Harvey, Ethel Harvey and Betty Crawford; and his daughter Elsie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; as well as special friends.
