He was predeceased by: his parents, John O'Neill and Helen Rolfe O'Neill; and his sister Mary Rolfe Joyner. He is survived by: his daughters, Randi Smith of Moseley and Kelly Mills of Wilsons, Virginia; his grandchildren, Treigh Smith (Jordyn) of Hanover, Kennedy Crafton (Ross) of Crewe, Kiel Good of Moseley, Jesse Smith of Moseley and Rhian Mills of Crewe, Virginia.; his sister Maureen Brady of Fort Washington, Maryland; and his nieces and nephews, Corky Joyner, Rolfe DeShazor, Megan Silver, Nell Sullivan and John Brady.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Crewe Country Club (130 Country Club Rd, Crewe, VA 23930).
