Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Bill's honor to Greenwood United Methodist Church in Winchester.
