Cartwright of Winchester, Virginia and Angela Cartwright Rush (David) of Winchester, Virginia; his grandchildren, Sherry Gonzales (Antonio) of Allentown, Ricky Baylor of Kannapolis, Tony Cartwright, Jr. (Debra) of Winchester, Debra Kaye Cartwright of Brooklyn, Dave Cartwright (Becca) of Winchester, Danziel Cartwright (Margo) of Chesapeake, Jeremy Morrison (Skylar) of Junction City and Lillian Cartwright (Thomas) of Berkeley, California; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Turner of Stephens City, Virginia, Roland Bland, Sr. of Waldorf and Thomas "Bud" Turner of Stephens City, Virginia. He is also survived by great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
