He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Lake and Brenda Lake; and his adoptive son Michael Myers. He is survived by: his wife Lena Mae; his daughters, Amber Lockhart (Jimmy) of Charlestown, WV, Leann Lake (Brandon) of Winchester, VA, Bella Weatherholt of Winchester, VA and Jessica Owens (Jeffrey) of Winchester, VA; his grandchildren, Abbie "Bambam", Serenity, Shaelyn, Aubrey and Bentley; his stepgrandchildren, Aaron, Jaylynn, Bentley, Bryson, Alexis and Tori; his brothers, Toby Lake (Sandi) of Winchester, VA and Terry Lake of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his close friend R. J. Hottle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
