She was predeceased by: her parents, Olie Self and Annie Kimble Self; and her spouse Amby C. Helmick. She is survived by: her children, Paul C. Helmick (Judy) of Winchester, David O. Helmick (Kathy) of Winchester, Kenneth E. Helmick of Winchester and Linda M. Markulik of Inwood, WV. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren and seven great- great grandchildren.
