He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur C. Johnson and Mary Frances Johnson; his wife Patricia Johnson; his sisters, Muriel Brown, Ann Culbertson and Janet Edwards; and his brothers-in-law, Louis Culbertson and Kenneth Brown.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Cunningham (Steve) and Kimberly Milburn (Donnie); his grandchildren, Corey Milburn (Amber), Mandy Renee Simko (Matt), Ryan Cunningham (Allie) and Zachary Cunningham; his great grandchildren, Camden, Holden Simko, Cole, Carley, Chase Milburn, Henry and Wyatt Cunningham; and his brothers-in-law, Mac McLaurin and Bud Edwards. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Eddie was a member of Winchester Hiram Lodge and he also loved giving back to the community through donations to civic organizations and non-profits, but none so much as his sponsorship of little league baseball and men's softball teams.
