She is survived by: her son Richard Lugovich Jr. of Stillwater, NY; her stepchildren, Margaret McGuigan of Keedysville, MD, Sarah Cesnik Mejac and Michael I. Cesnik of Winchester; and her brothers, Charles Henry Nelson Jr. of Leesburg, VA and Frederick James Nelson of Springfield, VA..
