He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward and Marie Rozella Stickley Windle; and his siblings, Brenda Windle and Michael Windle. He is survived by: his children, Michael Perine, Buryl Windle, II, Robert Windle and Daniel Windle; and his brothers, Larry Windle and Robert Windle. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
