He was predeceased by: his parents, Balford Shrout and Lelia Shrout; and his wife Beulah Marie Sites. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara S. Wolford; his grandchildren, Cody Wolford (Jordan), Deryk Shrout (Hannah), Sara Ponn (Tim), William Snapp, Bradley Shrout, Heidy Rutherford and Kirbi White; his great grandchildren, Kyler Ponn, Logan Ponn and Finn "Little Buddy" Shrout; and his sister Mabel Clem.
