He is survived by: his children, Stacie Cain (Larry) of Winchester and Charles Victor Bayliss, Jr. of Winchester; his grandchildren, Cori Cain, Morgan Cain, Eric Cain, Emily Cain and Chelsea Dodson; and his great grandchildren, Savannah and Wyatt Dodson.
