He was predeceased by: his father Randolph Shumaker; and his daughter Amber Michelle Shumaker. He is survived by: his mother Margaret Kerns Combs; his wife Donna G. Shumaker; his daughter Melissa Diane Spencer (Joseph Singer); his siblings, Patsy, Barbara, Linda, Cathy, Joanne, Angie and Randolph "Randy"; his grandchildren, Samantha, Brian, Kirsten, Taylor, Phillip "Buddy" and Landyn; his great grandchildren, Camden, Maren, Kenslee, David, Logan, Emmalee, Autumn, Lucas, Jaxon and Levi; and his pet Wesley George.
