He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frank Wall and Ida Lee Wall of Richmond. He is survived by: his wife Jody Strader Wall; his daughter Katlyn Stephenson Painter (Winchester); his son-in-law Jared Thomas Painter; and his grandson Elijah Thomas Painter.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Jones Funeral Home - Winchester (228 S Pleasant Valley Rd, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Christ Episcopal Church (140 W Boscawen St, Winchester, VA 22601).
