He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Alfred Livingston and Joan Amelia Lee Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his siblings, Jana Lee Livingston Luther of Lake Frederick, VA and Raymond Arlo Livingston (Jon Connor) of Front Royal, VA; his pet Maggie; his sister-in-law Sandra DeHaven (Allen) of Winchester, VA; his niece Michelle Boone (Jamie) of Winchester, VA; his great-niece Rebecca; his nephew William DeHaven (Rhonda) of Winchester, VA; and his great-nephew Ethan.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dave to Ebenezer Christian Church, 2158 Ebenezer Church Rd., Gore, VA 22637 or to an animal rescue of the donor's choice.
