With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David McAdory of Winchester, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 5, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid David farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For David is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Felin H. McAdory and Luna Nichols Sorrells of Winchester, VA; his son Kyle McAdory of Columbus, MS; and his siblings, Kathy Henson of Winchester, VA, Teresa Brumbaugh of Martinsburg, WV and Michael H. McAdory.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Phelps Funeral & Cremation Service (311 Hope Dr, Winchester, VA 22601). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
