It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Paul Russell of Winchester, Virginia, who passed away on June 22, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As David departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though David may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy David leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Russell and Mary Russell; and his siblings, Hilda Russell Wilt, Ralph Russell and Robert Russell.
He is survived by: his brother Dan Russell (Becca); and his sibling's children, Brad, Brian Russell and Michele Mollard.
