He is survived by: his sons, David A. Sunderlin and Todd L. Sunderlin (Karen); his grandchildren, Heather Sunderlin, David H. Sunderlin II, Jacob Alton Sunderlin, Lydia Sunderlin Marshall and Katherine Mary Sunderlin; and his sister Millie Burks. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
