She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Moreland and Ruth Moreland; her daughter Diane L. Moreland; her siblings, Richard D. Moreland and Mary E. Moreland; and her grandson Arron Moreland.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tina Stuckey (Kyle) of Martinsburg, WV, Lindsay Piceno (Andreas) of Winchester and Teresa Cruz (Antonio) of Winchester; her grandchildren, Derrick Stuckey, Austin Moreland, Dakota Moreland, Dallas Moreland, Nevaeh Moreland, Selena Moreland, Antonio Cruz-Moreland, Mario Cruz-Moreland, Adrian Cruz-Moreland, Aidan Piceno-Evans, Alex Piceno-Evans, Vanessa Piceno-Evans and Angel Piceno-Evans; her great grandchildren, Blake Graves and Oden Gilley; and her sister Loretta Barr.
