He is survived by: his children, Sandra Ann Madagan-Paul (Joseph) of Colonial Beach, VA, Tarheel, Deborah Madagan of Kennesaw, GA and Douglas A. Madagan, Jr. (Teresa) of Clear Brook, VA; his granddaughters, Catherine Ann Overby-Mendez and Deanna Michelle Madagan; and his great grandchildren, Deon Mendez, Sabrina Mendez, Amanda Mendez and Emmanuel Mendez, Jr..
