She was predeceased by: her parents, Eleanor Kent Walthall and Robert Massie Jeffreys; her stepfather Delaney "Del" Walthall; and her husband James D. Moore. She is survived by: her children, Charles Snead (Vickie) of Boyce, VA, Dell Rasley (Michael) of Richmond and Jeff Stephens (Julie) of Columbus, Ohio; her sister Barbara Jones of Richmond; and her niece Kelly Hagan. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
