He was predeceased by: his father Joedy Holtsclaw; and his brother Jason Fletcher. He is survived by: his mother Linda Fletcher; his wife Pamela "Pam"; his son Tyler Lee Holtsclaw (Emily Ross) of Winchester, VA; his siblings, Jennifer Reynolds of Winchester, VA and Wilson Fletcher, Jr. of Stephens City, VA; and his stepfather C. Wilson Fletcher. He is also survived by 3 nieces and 3 nephews.
