Rodgers (Keith) of Winchester, Virginia; and his grandchildren, Emma Kerns (Cohen) of Winchester, Addison Rathel of Winchester, Sidney Rathel of Winchester, Jace White of Winchester, Noah White of Winchester, Holly Parker (Mark) of Winchester, Heather Wilson (Jason) of Winchester, Stephanie Duvall (Brice) of Winchester and Brandi C. Gibson (Joshua) of Bryan, Texas.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
